Listings are useful references, not real-time guarantees.
Vestige works to present clear titles, brands, categories, images, observed prices, and retailer destinations. Catalog information can become stale, incomplete, or unavailable after it was observed.
The current preview catalog is not a live inventory feed. Always confirm the product identity, current price, currency, size, stock, condition, delivery, duties, and return terms on the retailer's site before purchasing.
The retailer controls the purchase.
When you follow a product link, the destination retailer controls its product claims, checkout, payment, availability, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, privacy, and customer service.
Vestige Search is not the seller of record and cannot accept or resolve an order on a retailer's behalf.
Some outbound links may generate commission.
Vestige may receive a commission when an eligible purchase follows an affiliate link. This does not add a separate charge to the shopper. Direct retailer links may not generate commission.
A listing or link does not create a warranty, endorsement, agency relationship, or guarantee of a merchant or product.
Use the service lawfully and without interference.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service, evade access controls, collect personal data, or scrape and republish catalog or editorial content in a way that harms availability or infringes rights.

Buying guides provide general information and cannot account for every garment, body, budget, allergy, care process, jurisdiction, or merchant policy. Users remain responsible for checking current information and suitability.
To the extent permitted by law, Vestige is not liable for changes or errors in third-party listings, retailer conduct, or losses arising from a transaction completed outside Vestige.

Products, features, guides, and these terms may be corrected, updated, removed, or reorganised. Material changes are reflected by the date above.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in the user's jurisdiction.
